The system can work with up to four pens at the same time, which allows meetings to be recorded accurately, and signals when the batteries need to be recharged or when the pen is about to be taken out of range. It works with black, blue, red, and green cartridges, which makes it easier to underline specific works and paragraphs, or draw charts. Using the Bluetooth technology, there are no messy cables that you need to attach to a computer or Mac, and the data is transferred instantaneously.

Essentially, you’ll need to purchase the whole starter kit but since the kit comes with just a single ink cartridge for the pen, you can easily get extra cartridges and pens if you want to add more people to the system.
Secondly, the battery is non-rechargeable. The pen’s alkaline battery can only last for about 6 months when in storage and supports just up to 6 hours of continuous use. It would have been better if the batteries could last more and were rechargeable. However, there shouldn’t be any problem except your organization does a lot of flip-charting but even then, it’s really just a minor issue.
Conclusion
After assessing the Nobo Kapture digital marker pen on both its good points and drawbacks, I’ll recommend it if you are looking for a truly time and effort-saving device for your organization.
